This policy explains what personal data JAF Digital collects, for what purposes, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide directly, namely through the Contact and Project Submission forms:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (when provided)
- Company name (when applicable)
- Message content, project description, budget and timeline indicated
- Files voluntarily attached (e.g. briefs, references)
We do not collect sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.) and you should not include this type of information in the messages you send us.
3. What we use your data for
- Responding to your contact or quote requests
- Assessing and preparing proposals for submitted projects
- Communicating with you about the progress of a request or project
- Complying with legal obligations, where applicable
We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent, nor do we sell it or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

We process your data based on your consent (by submitting a form) and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in responding to contact requests and managing our business relationship with you.
